About Me
I am a wife and mom (to a 2-year-old son, a cat, and two doggies). I live in Oklahoma City, where I work full-time as an Instructional Designer at a Technology Center. I enjoy ☕️, 🍕, and emojis 😉, and I am addicted to creative reality TV shows like Songland and Making it. My favorite (and currently most missed) hobby is ♫ musical theatre 🎭 – I love watching, performing in, and writing musicals. (Current obsession = “Six”)
Because I tend to “gig” in a lot of different fields, I have a collection of bios. Click on the buttons below to view them, and please contact me if you have any questions!

Amanda Dills has been composing for her music students ever since she was a teenager, when she began her composer/arranger career creating hand-written arrangements of songs like TLC’s “Waterfalls” for her hometown violin students. Since then, she has earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a master’s in Music Composition, and has taught K-12 vocal music in the public schools – as well as private violin, piano, and voice lessons – in Nebraska and Oklahoma. Amanda enjoys creating music that is educational and functional, as well as fun-to-perform by students of all ages, and she is both proud and ashamed of the number of copies her “Easy Piano – Baby Shark” arrangement has sold.
Amanda Dills has been working in the fields of online learning and faculty development since 2007. She has a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Music Education, a master’s in Music Composition, a master’s certificate in Online Teaching, and classroom experience that includes in-person and online teaching, in both K-12 and higher education settings. She has presented trainings on ed tech topics ranging from discussion boards to gamification to the flipped classroom, both as part of her current and previous jobs at Universities and Technology Centers, and as a featured presenter at national and international conferences, including POD, D2L Fusion, and the D2L Asia-PAC Conference in Gold Coast, Australia.
